Tylosaurus (do grego τυλος/tylos "protuberancia" + grego σαυρος/sauros "lagarto") era un mosasauro do Cretáceo serodio, un gran lagarto mariño depredador estreitamente relacionado cos varanos modernos e coas serpes.
