Mason Dye naceu en Shawnee, Oklahoma. Criouse en Ada, Oklahoma cun irmán máis vello, Preston, e unha irmá máis nova, Taylor, coñecida por formar parte do dúo Maddie & Tae.
Carreira editar
Dye arrancou a súa carreira con papeis no filme Adventures of Bailey: A Night in Cowtown e cun papel recorrente nas series online Secret Diary of an American Cheerleader 2: The Fierce One.[3] En 2014, protagonizou como Christopher Dollanganger no filme de Lifetime Flowers in the Attic, baseado na novela de V. C. Andrews.[4] Tamén foi actor invitado nas series Showtime e Teen Wolf.[5] En 2015, interpretou o papel de Victor no filme de Lifetime My Stepdaughter.[6] Dye apareceu como invitado en Roommates e Finding Carter.[7]
En 2016, Dye protagonizou como Tyler Evans no filme dramático Natural Selection coprotagonizado por Katherine McNamara.[8] Máis tarde dese ano, interpretou a Josh Jackson no filme dramático de acción e aventuras Vanished – Left Behind: Next Generation xunto con Amber Frank e Dylan Sprayberry.[9] En 2017, interpretou o papel de Bruce Kane no filme de suspense de Lifetime Stalker's Prey.[10] Tamén interpretou a Tyler Pemhardt no filme de terror Truth or Dare, estreado na canle syfy.[11] En 2018, interpretou a Matt no filme de Lifetime The Wrong Son.[12]
