The title bandera is misleading, it is banner in spanish. This flag should be corrected in english or should’t link to a english wikipedia. Common misinterpretations would be to think it is flag for a nation called bandera gulbene. Investigation shouldn’t be necessary for what bandera means when visiting an english site.

Section 6. Non-Protected Works

The following shall not be protected by copyright:

  5. ideas, methods, processes and mathematical concepts.
